Job summary

Alliance is seeking an Inventory/Material Clerk to manage receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and parts, while maintaining accurate records and stock counts.

You will verify quantities, conduct cycle counts, liaise with vendors, operate forklift equipment, and follow safety procedures. High school diploma required; ERP and MS Office experience preferred; overtime may be required; this is on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• General computer experience; MS Office preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to read basic blueprints (situational).
• Ability to operate hand/fork trucks.

Responsibilities

• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles stock levels.
• Verifies computations against stock counts and adjusts errors.
• Investigates discrepancies and prepares reports on inventory.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; labels and stocks items.
• Maintains records of items received and shipped; performs cycle counts.
• Operates forklift and related handling equipment; ensures safety procedures.
