Job summary

Alliance in Spokane is seeking an on-site Inventory/Materials Clerk to receive, identify, store and ship a wide range of parts. You will maintain records, perform cycle counts, and liaise with vendors while following safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic ERP/Microsoft Office skills, and forklift operation. Candidates should be able to work overtime and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• General computer experience; MS Office experience preferred.
• Ability to present written information clearly and legibly.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to research and present recommendations for improvements and controls.
• Ability to read basic blueprints (situational).
• Ability to operate hand/fork trucks.

Responsibilities

• Record purchases and maintain inventory data; reconcile counts.
• Verify counts and correct errors; investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare reports like inventory balance and shortages.
• Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock as needed.
• Label shelves and manage material disposition from shop orders.
• Operate forklift and load items for shipment.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow safety procedures.
