Job summary

Tew s Company Staffing in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Reservations & Inventory Coordinator to support reservations, optimize inventory, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. The role operates Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $20/hour.

You will process reservations, update inventory, analyze reports, and adjust rates as needed. Strong Excel skills and hospitality experience are preferred to help maintain accurate data across systems.

Qualifications

• Beginner to intermediate Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and update available inventory within company systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory and booking information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Analyze reports and make inventory decisions to support occupancy, revenue, and budget goals.
• Monitor booking pace, special events, market demand, and trends.
• Make inventory or rate adjustments based on business needs.
• Reconcile owner and developer program liabilities.
• Communicate relevant booking or inventory issues to management.
• Generate and maintain daily statistics and reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments and cross-train on related responsibilities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
