Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain front desk area, coat check, and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Update reservation system with client profiles and preferences.
• Communicate with management about overbookings, delays, or issues.
• Coordinate with Events team to maintain reservation flow and guest experience.
