COTE Vegas, located in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Host/Reservationist to deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, manage reservations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with restaurant and events teams to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow written directions and verbal instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, respond to phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain front desk area, coat check, and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Update reservation system with client profiles and preferences.
• Communicate with management about overbookings, delays, or issues.
• Coordinate with Events team to maintain reservation flow and guest experience.
