Job summary

COTE in Las Vegas, operated by Gracious Hospitality Management, seeks a dynamic Host/Reservationist to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

You will respond to inquiries via phone and email, maintain the front desk, and coordinate with Events to optimize the reservation book. Requires strong communication, organization, and hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand English and follow instructions.
• Able to communicate via email and phone.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of similar hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain front desk, coat check, and restroom areas; ensure cleanliness and stock.
• Update reservation system with guest details and preferences.
• Coordinate with restaurant and Events teams to balance the reservations grid.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and professional communication with guests and management.
• Train new staff as assigned and support other stations when needed.
• Communicate overbookings or anomalies to the Lead Reservationist and Reservations Manager.
