Job summary

The Receiver at Tractor Supply Company is responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. This role performs receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, compliance, and reporting while coordinating with the Store Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, pulling OMNI orders, supporting BOPIS reconciliations, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA framework.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
