Job summary

The Receiver at Tractor Supply is responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations, including processing Direct POs, transfers, and audits.

You will partner with the Store Operations Manager, operate equipment like forklift, participate in BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and ensure safety and accurate reporting while supporting customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value, and appreciate the customer.
• Receive Direct POs, transfers, and freight; execute unload plans and stage items.
• Stock, tag, and reconcile inventory; complete reporting and follow-up with the Store Operations Manager.
