Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance. The role includes processing POs, transfers, and reconciliations while collaborating with the Store Operations Manager.

The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer service during daily duties. Responsibilities include handling forklift operations, BOPIS/OMNI tasks, and ensuring documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and ask to add value.
• Receive Direct POs, transfers, and shipments; stage and reconcile as required.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
