Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and compliance routines. The role emphasizes Legendary Customer Service and collaboration with the Store Operations Manager to align with the updated operating model.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and have high school level reading/writing/counting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate the customer.
• Assist with inventory control, adjustments, reconciliations, and receiving transfers.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
