Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring for a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will participate in forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and freight processing while maintaining a focus on legendary customer service.

The role emphasizes attendance, flexible hours, and collaboration with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accurate inventory and smooth backroom processes.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to standards.
• Operate forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, stage for loading, and complete reports.
• Stock and tag freight, process transfers, and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
