Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will manage receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to align with the updated operating model.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to procedures, with responsibilities extending to BOPIS/OMNI support and forklift operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading/writing/counting skills needed.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including evenings/weekends/overtime.
