Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a receiver to join our Parkhurst Dining team. This role involves inspecting incoming orders for weight, quality and quantity, ensuring HACCP compliance and FIFO stock rotation, dating products, storing items promptly, and maintaining clean storage areas.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders received to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check all products in accordance with HACCP regulations, including rotation of stock as received (FIFO).
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
