Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Receiver to join our team. You’ll inspect orders upon arrival for weight, quality and quantity and ensure HACCP compliance including FIFO rotation.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders received to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check all products in accordance with HACCP regulations, including rotation of stock as received (FIFO).
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
