Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Receiver to join our team. The role involves receiving stock from vendors, organizing storage areas, and maintaining sanitary conditions per Parkhurst standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting orders, rotating stock per HACCP, dating products, and assisting with inventory and catering duties. The position requires standing/walking throughout shift and lifting up to 100 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must comply with HACCP regulations and ensure correct stock rotation.
• Ability to inspect orders for weight, quality, and quantity.
• Must be able to date all products and keep storage areas clean.

• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage and dock areas.
• Record all cooler and freezer temperatures daily.
• Assist with weekly inventory.
• Assist in catering deliveries and utility duties as needed.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $17.05 / hour.
