Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a receiver to join our Parkhurst Dining team in a hands-on role focused on ensuring quality and safety in food storage and receiving operations.

You will inspect incoming orders, verify weight and quantity, follow HACCP guidelines, date products, rotate stock using FIFO, and maintain clean storage areas while supporting our values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders received to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check all products in accordance with HACCP regulations, including rotation of stock as received (FIFO).
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
