Job summary

Tractor Supply in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Receiver to manage inventory, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines that support store operations. The role focuses on receiving, adjustments, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

You will deliver Legendary Customer Service, perform forklift-related duties, support BOPIS/OMNI, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail experience or farming/ranching knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA.
• Complete forklift inspections and use propane when required.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; support BOPIS/OMNI.
• Stock and tag freight and direct vendor items per standards.
