Job summary

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. You must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: greet the customer, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leadership behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Use coaching routines to develop team members and improve selling behaviors.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; stage loads and complete truck unloads.
• Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear.
• Create fill-to-capacity picklists for Freight Team as assigned.
• Key inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies per company process.
