Job summary

The Receiver at Tractor Supply Company is responsible for inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines to support store operations. This role handles receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The model emphasizes ownership by Operations leadership rather than front sidewalk presentation. Ideal candidates will be 18+ with a valid driver's license and possess basic computer and math

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming/ranching/pet-equine/welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting ability recommended.

Responsibilities

• Be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented to fulfill requirements.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and coach team members.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and support propane use as required.
• Process pickups, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliations, and daily inventory adjustments.
