Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will execute receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, and related reporting, partnering with the Store Operations Manager to align with the new operating model.

A frontline role requiring physical work, weekend/shift variability, and a focus on customer service and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA principles.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and related safety tasks.
• Assist with receiving Direct POs, transfers, and freight.
• Stock, label, and process freight according to standards.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
