Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. You will execute receiving, adjustments, transfers, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager to align with the updated operating model.

You should be available, flexible, and service-oriented to deliver Legendary Customer Service and maintain store standards across shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, unload trucks, stage items for the Freight Team.
• Perform forklift and propane inspections and complete related documentation.
