Ideal candidates have 12+ months in retail distribution and proficiency with MS Office and store systems. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends may be required, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with store receiving and distribution procedures.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and IRMA.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing system.
• Distribute processed paperwork to teams and regional office.
• Support vendors with accounts payable.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas.
• Arrive on time and attend required trainings.
