Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an associate to perform receiving, accounting, and distribution tasks for incoming deliveries. The role supports store teams, adheres to health and safety regulations, and maintains equipment and paperwork with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• 12+ months distribution/receiving environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and/or supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Stamp, initials, process, and file invoices.
• Distribute invoice copies to appropriate teams.
• Follow Correct Pay Procedures.
• Close purchase orders in store purchasing app.
• Adhere to Receiving standards in Store Process.
• Distribute processed paperwork to Team mailboxes and regional office.
• Follow up with vendors regarding accounts payable.
• Support product Teams with accounting during inventory/close.
• Distribute store expense invoices to Store Leadership.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas; tie baled material and direct service team.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and prepared for shifts and trainings.
