Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory adjustments, and routine compliance tasks. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager and helps implement the updated operating model by focusing on backroom and dock processes and ensuring timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience, basic computer and math skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work varied hours as needed.
• Receive Direct POs, Transfer shipments, and stock items per process standards.
• Operate forklift and assist with loading, unloading, and staging freight.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and inventory control activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
