Floor & Decor is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in overseeing warehouse operations with a focus on inventory control and quality control. You may supervise a team of 3+ members and coach staff to ensure accurate stock and exceptional customer service.

Daily duties include inventory audits, reporting, and resolving discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent work experience.
• Excellent communications skills (read, write, speak English fluently).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain accuracy.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• OSHA and/or forklift certification preferred.
• Subject to National Security screening.

Responsabilités

• Keep records and reports to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and daily audits.
• Track costs to charge back labor to vendors.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies by email and phone to stores.
• Oversee dye lot tasks and train inventory coordinators.
• Oversee processes to research and recover missing product.
• Ensure stock rotation and all warehouse supplies are available.
• Supervise a team of 3+ employees and monitor workflow.
• Document attendance and coach team members on productivity, quality, and safety.
• Create/update reports for warehouse use and team performance.
• Coordinate with inbound/outbound coordinators for planning.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
