Floor & Decor in Baltimore seeks a Floor Supervisor to assist the Warehouse Operations Manager with inventory and quality control, plus supervising a 3+ person team. You will conduct daily audits, manage records, and coordinate with stores on discrepancies to ensure accuracy and service levels.

The role emphasizes strong communication, math skills, and strict attention to detail, with OSHA compliance and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent warehouse or inventory experience.
• Excellent communications skills (Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with ability to solve issues and improve efficiency; strong customer service.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• OSHA and/or Forklift Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep records and reports to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories and daily audits.
• Communicate via email/phone with stores about inventory discrepancies.
• Oversee dye lot tasks and supervise 3+ team members.
• Develop Inventory Control Coordinators and train staff.
• Ensure stock rotation and availability of warehouse supplies and equipment.
• Create/update reports for performance tracking and task status.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/MSDS compliance in daily operations.
