Genuine Parts Company is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead inventory control and quality assurance within a distribution center. You will supervise inventory teams, implement QA initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and fill rates.

You will drive continuous improvements, supervise counts and audits, and ensure policies are followed while supporting employees and safeguarding company assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center or similar environment (1+ years).
• Ability to teach, train, influence, and collaborate across internal departments to ensure policy adherence and drive continuous improvement.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to integrity and professionalism, supporting team members and delivering for customers.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and performs physical inventory counts during scheduled inventories.
• Measures and reports KPI performance including trend analyses and improvement plans.
• Manages all inventory write-off tasks per procedures.
• Schedules, assigns, and leads inventory team activities.
• Trains, supports and develops associates involved with inventory.
• Ensures adherence to policies and best practices and drives continuous improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
• Provides training to all associates, including new hires.
• Guides inventory analyses and SOPs to maximize fill rates.
• Performs stocking reconciliations and addresses discrepancies.
• Reconciles incoming shipments, including freight and returns.
• Implements inventory control systems and conducts audits for accuracy and integrity.
