Target is seeking an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Leader to oversee quality routines, team development, and performance management within a distribution site.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, improvements in inbound receipts, bin/location accuracy, and cross-department collaboration to drive inventory control metrics while fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Navigate ICQA reporting tools (SharePoint/Smartsheet).
• Six-Sigma/Lean/Quality Improvement experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, root-cause problem solving.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICQA team and oversee training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Identify gaps in inventory control and quality assurance; drive improvements.
• Lead improvements in inbound receipts, bin/location accuracy, and order accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to meet inventory control metrics and drive kaizen events.
• Mentor staff and escalate vendor trends to drive continuous improvement.
