Genuine Parts Company, home of NAPA parts, seeks an ICQA Associate to drive inventory accuracy and product quality in the distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, inspections using handheld scanners, verify stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and support safe operation of warehouse equipment.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical problem solving, and collaboration with warehouse teams to minimize errors and maintain excellent customer service.

Formación

• Strong understanding of inventory management and quality control procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Analytical ability to identify discrepancies and drive root cause resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and document findings.
• Maintain inventory records and update systems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and optimize flow.
• Perform quality inspections across products and report defects or deviations.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
