Job summary

Capital Electric is seeking an ICQA Supervisor to lead the inventory control and quality auditing team. You will ensure 100% accuracy of warehouse data, manage SOPs, and direct routine audits across zones.

The role requires coordinating with management to optimize storage and supply chain performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control or logistics, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and strong data and safety compliance skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse inventory control, quality auditing, or logistics.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor ICQA Associates and Coordinators.
• Plan and direct routine quality audits and inventory cycle counts.
• Investigate variances and root causes; track error trends.
• Oversee error logging and real-time stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Leader to minimize delays and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality benchmarks on the floor.
