Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily production and inventory operations in a clean manufacturing environment. The role offers a first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a focus on receiving, inspecting, documenting, and delivering materials to the production floor.

Ideal candidates are organized, numeric-minded, and comfortable working with ERP systems and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory documentation.
• Ability to work with numbers and basic math.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred.
• Proficient data entry and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Print and distribute production packets and work orders.
• Pull and stage components and materials per work orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production floor.
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against POs.
• Perform incoming inspections for quality.
• Enter information into QuickBooks to support records.
• Maintain organized production files and records.
• Review production documents and update revisions.
• Coordinate with inventory, production, and purchasing teams.
• Perform basic inventory calculations.
• Use ERP and data entry processes to update records.
• Assist with warehouse tasks like picking and organizing.
• Adapt to new procedures and contribute to improvements.
