Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory control or warehouse work preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Comfort with barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming inventory, parts, and supplies.
• Process internal requests and issue materials accurately.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Use barcode scanners to track and locate inventory.
• Update records in Excel and inventory systems.
• Inspect received materials for quality and accuracy.
• Repackage, label, and organize inventory for storage.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized inventory environment.
