Job summary

Aerotek's Saint Charles, MO facility seeks an Inventory Coordinator to support daily production and inventory operations on a first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri). You will receive, inspect, document, and move materials to the production floor, maintaining accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, ERP data entry, and coordination with purchasing to resolve material issues, while embracing continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in inventory and documentation.
• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for inventory and production calculations.
• Proficiency with computers and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and revisions.
• Dependable and punctual attendance with scheduled hours.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Print and distribute production packets and work orders.
• Pull and stage components and materials for production jobs.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the floor on time to support production.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Perform incoming inspections and release materials to production.
• Create bills and enter information into QuickBooks for records.
• Maintain filing systems and production documents for audit readiness.
• Review production documents and implement changes from revisions.
• Communicate between inventory, production and purchasing to resolve issues.
• Perform basic inventory counts and material usage calculations.
• Use ERP systems to update inventory, production and transactions.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as picking and tracking materials.
• Adapt to evolving processes for continuous improvement.
