Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Regional Inventory Coordinator to support inventory strategies across stores and distribution centers. You will partner with store teams, merchandising, and logistics to ensure optimal in-stock positions, balance inventory, and drive turns.

The role involves executing SLIM/ServiceNow tasks, coordinating with strategists, and maintaining stock accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory strategies outlined by Inventory Strategist and Leadership.
• Partner with stores and inventory teams to maximize in-stock and turns.
• Recommend adjustments to visuals and SKUs to optimize performance.
• Maintain high in-stock levels for top SKUs in responsibility area.
• Collaborate with Purchasing for on-time, complete shipments.
• Support reduction of discontinued inventory with merchandising teams.
