Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for an Inventory Control role responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of store inventories.

The job requires at least one year of inventory control experience in a big-box retailer and involves POS analysis, reporting, and strong attention to detail. The role includes cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, document reviews, and various audits across receiving, storage, and returns.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big-box retail company or equivalent.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research inventory discrepancies and adjust in the inventory system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKU discrepancies.
• Audit the BFR daily per SOP.
• Audit incoming and outgoing trucks for accuracy.
• Audit the SOR and SRR processes per SOP.
• Audit RTVs to ensure proper processing.
• Ensure facility security and report issues.
• Audit storage areas and resolve issues with CEM/Operations Manager.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventories.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP and verify changes.
