Job summary

Destaco is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager for onsite Cincinnati, OH. You will own the pull-based inventory system across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, drive turns, and maintain high service levels for internal and external customers.

You will lead SIOP reviews, partner with Production, Procurement, and Sales to align pull parameters, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in inventory planning, materials management or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Advanced ERP proficiency and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation, and continuous improvement of pull inventory system across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop inventory strategies to maximize turns while maintaining service levels.
• Lead SIOP reviews focusing on pull signals, demand variability, lead time reduction, and buffer sizing.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Sales to align pull parameters with consumption.
