Job summary

Anthony, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager in Cincinnati, OH to own and continuously improve pull-based inventory. You will drive end-to-end inventory strategy, maximize turns, and sustain 98%+ service levels for internal and external customers, leading monthly SIOP and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a strong Lean background, ERP/BI skills, and a track record of improving turns while reducing lead times in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of inventory planning or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP and analytics experience; ability to model safety stock and demand forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own pull inventory system design, governance and improvements across materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Develop strategies to maximize inventory turns while maintaining service levels.
• Monitor KPIs: Inventory Turns, DOI, OTIF, stock-out rate, E&O, and working capital.
• Lead SIOP reviews focusing on pull signals and demand variability.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Sales to align pull parameters with demand.
