Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3–5 years of inventory management experience or materials control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains employees.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Develops efficient material flow processes and proposes inventory management strategies.
• Establishes or aligns actual part storage locations with ERP information (Syteline).
• Creates and leads cycle count programs to audit inventory accuracy.
• Tracks inventory accuracy trends and maintains a robust root cause/corrective action program.
• Performs steel reconciliation adjustments within Syteline.
• Determines material consumption steps in manufacturing and updates Syteline routers and BOMs.
• Assists PFEP processes to set inventory levels for SIOP.
• Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Reconciles negative inventory reports and mitigates excess inventory.
• Performs year-end physical inventory procedures.
• Other related duties as required.
