Dover Corp is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager to lead the pull-based inventory system across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will drive end-to-end inventory strategy with a sharp focus on maximizing turns and sustaining service levels to internal plant customers and external end customers.

This role requires deep analytical expertise, lean/pull system mastery, and collaboration with Production, Procurement, and IT to optimize inventory and working capital while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in inventory planning, materials management, or supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and inventory planning tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the pull inventory system across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies that maximize inventory turns while maintaining target service levels.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including Inventory Turns, DOI, OTD/OTIF, Stock-Out Rate, E&O, and Working Capital.
• Lead monthly/quarterly inventory planning reviews (SIOP) focusing on pull signals and demand variability.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, and Sales to align pull parameters with consumption and demand patterns.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory-related issues, including stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure ERP/MRP supports pull-based planning with real-time visibility.
• Develop and present regular reports/dashboards to senior leadership on inventory performance.
