Job summary

PSG is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager in the United States to own and improve the pull-based inventory system across materials, WIP, and finished goods. You will drive inventory turns and service levels while leading SIOP processes and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities include KPI governance, lean methods, and IT collaboration to ensure ERP/MRP supports pull planning with real-time visibility. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the pull inventory system across materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize turns while preserving target service levels to plant and customers.
• Define and monitor KPIs: Inventory Turns, DOI, OTD/OTIF, E&O, and working capital.
• Lead SIOP reviews with emphasis on pull signals, variability, and lead-time reduction.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales to align pull parameters with demand.
• Work with IT to ensure ERP/MRP supports pull planning and real-time visibility.
