Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• JDA Allocations and/or JDA Fulfillment experience a plus.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented; strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented; problem solving abilities.
• Execution skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate bulk purchase orders using the Allocations system and place weekly replenishment PO’s.
• Maintain store-level inventory levels to support sales and margin goals.
• Partner with Inventory Planner/AR Manager on allocation and replenishment buy strategies.
• Review instock reporting and take actions to correct instock issues promptly.
• Analyze product, size, and color inventory needs for planning.
• Execute new store plans and ensure correct assortment for openings.
• Execute inventory re-balancing opportunities as needed.
• Communicate merchandise needs to the Inventory Planner/AR Manager.
