Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an inventory and store operations associate to execute and coach inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and ensure planograms and on-shelf availability are accurate to drive a positive customer experience.

Under pharmacist-in-charge supervision, you will verify pharmacy shipments, post orders, perform tote audits, and maintain pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and execute tasks.
Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
Support pharmacy inventory management including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
Maintain on-shelf availability and accurate planograms.
Review reports and systems to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
Perform front-end and pharmacy asset protection; document shortages and overages.
Open/close the store as needed and manage cash handling.
Lead customer experience and resolve issues as acting leader on duty.
Coach team on inventory systems and package delivery processes.
