Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to manage store and pharmacy inventory, assist with pricing, and support front-end operations. You will receive, count, price, and process returns, while ensuring accurate on-hand balances and planograms.

You may open or close the store, handle cash, and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and flexible availability including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail work.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Receive, count, price, and facilitate returns; manage in-store inventory processes.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Open/close the store as needed, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Maintain pricing accuracy, signage, and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Support pickup program and package deliveries, including scanning and verification.
• Lead on duty: register sales on POS, handle price verifications, voids and refunds.
