Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to execute and monitor inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and planogram accuracy.

You will engage customers, support stock replenishment, and ensure on-shelf availability, asset protection, and timely pricing updates while maintaining compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor store and pharmacy inventory processes.
• Review and coordinate use of reports affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and returns processes.
• In designated stores, participate in opening/closing duties and cash handling.
