Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal) or one year of prior retail work experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champions On-Shelf Availability and handles planograms, pricing, and returns for in-store inventory.
• Opens/closes store in absence of management, with cash handling and POS responsibilities in designated stores.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and delivers a distinctive customer experience guided by Walgreens service traits.
• Performs warehouse/vendor inventory management, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders, and conducts tote audits.
