Job summary

Walgreens in the United States seeks a detail‑oriented associate to manage inventory for both front-end and pharmacy, receive and count deliveries, and support pricing and planograms. You will engage customers, help maintain stock accuracy, and assist in the orderly operation of the store.

Responsibilities include supervising inventory tasks, scanning deliveries, posting pharmacy orders under supervision, and ensuring on-shelf availability.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans all deliveries in-store, including vendor deliveries; handles One Box receiving and resolves undelivered items.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments and postings of all pharmacy warehouse orders and recalls under pharmacist supervision.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end process for planogrammed departments and vendor/DSD channels.
• Manages pricing activities including daily price changes and signage accuracy; conducts inventory duties across front end and pharmacy.
