Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to support both front-end and pharmacy inventory management, pricing, and store operations. This role involves heavy interaction with inventory systems, POS, and warehouse processes to ensure accurate on-hand balances and planograms.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store when needed, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining asset protection. English fluency and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on‑hand balances.
• Maintain asset protection techniques and file claims for overages/shortages.
• Open/close store on duty and handle cash and POS responsibilities when needed.
• Support pricing, discounts, and shelf signage to ensure accurate labeling.
• Coordinate warehouse deliveries and postings for pharmacy orders.
• Lead On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes including disposals and vendor returns.
