Job summary

The role includes customer engagement, problem resolution, and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include collaborating on reports, conducting asset protection tasks, and performing cashier duties in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience is required.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management and pricing processes for front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front-end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and handle vendor overages and shortages.
• Open/close the store in the absence of management and perform cash handling responsibilities where applicable.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model service best practices for a positive experience.
