Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You will drive production, quality, and safety targets, manage workflows, and coach staff to continually improve performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using computers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback and guidance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and process standards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and lean improvements in the reconditioning process.
• Communicate expectations clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
