Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center, ensuring safe car movement, quality, and timely production. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and uphold Carvana’s standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to communicate clearly, and willingness to work overtime and weekends while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Requires standing for extended periods in a shop environment.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Meet inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and coaching.
• Provide feedback and develop team skills.
• Lead quality control inspections and repairs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
