Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise an Inspection Center team, ensuring safe movement of vehicles, meeting production targets, and maintaining high quality. You will coach associates, monitor performance, and partner with the General Manager to manage defects and repairs while promoting Carvana’s values.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry, movement, and dispatch of vehicles in the Inspection Center.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality goals.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics to the team.
• Identify safety risks and ensure proper use of PPE and procedures.
